Two tracks

Which one fits you?

They run differently: a reseller wants margins and an API, an end customer wants an SLA and a single point of contact.

You resell our capacity

You have your own customers and want to offer them hosting without building a network yourself. We provide the capacity, you keep the customer relationship.

Get in touch
  • Volume-based pricing that moves with you
  • Your own IP space through our RIPE LIR services, or bring your own (BYOIP)
  • A technical contact who knows your platform
  • An API for provisioning and cancelling is in development

You buy directly

You need infrastructure that fits what you are building, with terms that go beyond a standard plan.

Get in touch
  • Agreements on availability and response time
  • Spread across multiple datacenters where that makes strategic sense — your application has to be designed for it, and we will think that through with you
  • Invoicing on account, quarterly or annually
  • One point of contact instead of a ticket queue

What sits underneath

Not resold capacity: our own autonomous system, our own address space and our own equipment. AS211588 peers at Frys-IX, ERA-IX, NL-ix and Speed-IX, and internationally at 1-IX EU and nine.

What we do not have

We hold no ISO 27001 and no NEN 7510. If your procurement selects on that, we are not the right party — and we would rather say so now than after three meetings. What we do have is our own AS, our own address space through RIPE, our own hardware in four datacenters and engineers you speak to directly. That is verifiable: AS211588 is in the RIPE database and the locations are named on our datacenter page.

How it goes

From request to running environment

No procurement process that drags on for weeks.

  1. 01 Request
  2. 02 Intake call
  3. 03 Proposal
  4. 04 Delivery

After your request we schedule a call to work out what you need. A proposal follows with concrete specifications and pricing. Agreed? Then we deliver — usually within a few working days for standard hardware, and depending on lead times for custom builds.

About buying directly and reselling

Yes. Your customers do not need to see PlanetNode; the customer relationship stays yours.

Yes, through our RIPE LIR services. We handle sponsorship, ASN registration and IPv6 assignment. A RIPE request usually takes 2 to 5 working days.

No. We hold no ISO 27001 and no NEN 7510. If that is a hard requirement in your procurement process, we do not fit it.

Yes. We have four locations in the Netherlands and can distribute an environment across several of them.

Yes. For business customers you speak to the same people, not a rotating ticket queue.

Shall we see what fits?

One conversation is enough to tell whether we can do something for each other. If it does not fit, we will say so.
