Install it yourself or have it installed
- Installing it yourself is possible. Your VPS is yours and you manage it yourself.
- Having it installed is possible too. Support then installs Pterodactyl for you, as paid work. Ask for it with a ticket.
Choose your domain name first
Decide which domain name you want to use for the panel before you install Pterodactyl. Changing the domain name later takes work.
Errors caused by a full disk
If your VPS's disk is full, the panel shows errors. This is how to fix it:
- Clean up old backups you no longer need.

- Restart your VPS after the upgrade.
