Why do you ask for identity verification on my order?
If our system flags your order as possible fraud, we deliver only after verification. Send your document through the ticket system, never by ordinary email.

We only ask for verification when our system flags your order as possible fraud. We deliver such an order only after you've shown who you are. You can do that with a recent energy bill, for example.
Why we ask for this
Most orders simply go through. Our system flags a small share as possible fraud. For those orders we first check that the details are correct. Only then do we deliver.
How to verify your order
- Open the ticket in which we ask for verification, or create a new ticket.
- Attach the requested document, for example a recent energy bill in your name and at your address.
- Support checks the document and then delivers your order.
Never by ordinary email
Always send your document through the ticket system. It's secured. Never send it as an attachment in an ordinary email.
Don't want to verify?
That's fine. We'll then cancel your order and you get your money back. Let us know in the ticket.
