Is your VPS Active, but do you see an error or have you not received login details? Then something went wrong with the delivery. Open a ticket and support will look into it for you.
How it normally goes
After you order, your VPS is set up. You then receive a delivery email with your login details. How to log in with them is in How do I log into my VPS?
Check this first
- Look in your spam folder to see whether the delivery email is there.
- Check in the client portal which emails we've sent you. See Where can I find the emails PlanetNode has sent me?
Is the email not there, or do you see an error? Then you can't fix it yourself.
Report it with a ticket
- Open a ticket.
- Say which VPS it's about.
- Say which error you see, or that you didn't receive login details.
Don't order again
Don't order the VPS a second time. Support will sort out the delivery of your existing order.
